Open Studio starts with a guided meditation, followed by an hour + of art making and concludes with a share and witness process. Feel free to use the time and music to engage in which-ever expressive modality moves you. Gather  your favorite materials to zoom in with or start something new with studio materials. No experience required. Enter the flow with us in this nonjudgmental circle of acceptance and creative energy.  Meet new friends and make art in a creative community setting. Many materials available in studio.
