DESCRIPTION:Explore the intersection of modalities in this meditative flow. We’ll weave together movement\, painting\, and writing while listening to the inspirations of an ever-changing soundtrack. Each participant focuses on their own creative experience while being held in community. This process is designed to be accessible to all individuals\, regardless of mobility. Open to adults and teens. Appropriate for complete beginners and movers\, artists and writers of all skill levels. No experience required. Each Dance\, Paint\, Write! offering will be in hybrid format\, meaning participants can choose to attend in person at the Expressive Arts Burlington studio\, or by connecting via Zoom. \n\nTo my surprise and pleasure\, the dance part was more of a free flow meditation through movement\, as I am far from a “dancer” and was nervous about this aspect. The whole class was a wonderful meditation in three forms (as the title so aptly shares) and I found the free flowing movement liberating.”\n–Dance\, Paint\, Write!
